FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is FundedBeyondBorders a broker?

No. We are an educational trading-evaluation platform. All trading happens in a simulated environment — no order is ever sent to a live financial market.

What happens if I fail a phase?

The challenge account status becomes 'breached' and you can no longer trade on it. You can purchase a new challenge and try again.

What leverage do you offer?

Leverage varies by market category (crypto is lower, forex is higher — you'll see the exact number next to each symbol on the platform itself).

How is funded-account profit paid out?

When you request it, your profit share (per the rules) is instantly credited to your internal wallet in your dashboard. From there, you can submit a withdrawal request for real USDT (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20) to your own address, which we send manually.

Why do I need to submit KYC?

Only before your first payout request — to make sure the payout actually reaches the person who opened the account. You can trade freely before that.

Why do you only accept USDT?

USDT has no price volatility, transaction fees (especially on TRC20 and BEP20) are very low, and it's accessible almost everywhere — this keeps deposits, withdrawals, and internal accounting simple and predictable.

What's the difference between the free test account and a real challenge?

The test account is only for feeling the spread and commission — it has no profit target or loss limit and can never become funded. To actually take part in the evaluation and reach funded capital, you need to buy one of the challenge plans. You can try it right now, with no signup required, from the 'Free Test Account' button at the top of this page.

How long does order verification take?

Verifying the exact payment amount is always done manually by our team (for extra security), usually within a few hours. If it's taking longer, follow up via a support ticket.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, up to 3 active accounts at once, with a combined total of up to $750,000. Full details are on the Rules page.

What is Instant Funding?

A higher-priced plan that funds your account immediately, with no evaluation phase at all — you can start trading right away with no phase to pass. (Note: the standard 14-day minimum before your first payout still applies here, same as every other plan.) In exchange, your profit share (50%) is lower than the regular plans and the loss limits are more conservative. It suits traders who want to start right away and are willing to pay more for it.

What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and how do I enable it?

An extra security layer — even if your password leaks, no one can log into your account without a code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator). From your dashboard's Account Security section, tap enable and scan the code into your app. We strongly recommend turning this on.

What are Loyalty Rewards?

Once your completed-order count hits certain milestones (e.g. your 3rd or 5th purchase), a one-time discount code is automatically added to your account — no action needed on your part. You'll find your codes in the Referrals section of your dashboard.

How does the referral reward work?

When a friend signs up with your referral link and buys their first challenge, 10% of that purchase amount is credited directly as cash to your wallet — no code or extra step needed. This reward only applies once, on each referred friend's first purchase.

What are your commissions and spreads?

Our round-turn commission on 1 standard forex lot is just $2.50, with tight spreads (around 0.1 pip on majors like EUR/USD) — among the lowest trading costs in the prop trading industry.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount, and are there any fees?

Yes — the minimum you can withdraw from your wallet is $50. There's also a small network fee, which varies by chain (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20) since real blockchain network costs differ. This fee is deducted from your requested amount rather than added on top, so the amount you receive will be slightly less than what you requested.

What is the FundedBeyondBorders charity program?

It's a way for the community to fund free challenge accounts for traders in genuine financial need. Anyone can donate — anonymously or logged in. Once a month, all donations convert into accounts and are given away by an unbiased random drawing among verified registrants. Every donation, every purchased account, and every monthly report is fully public and permanent — only donor identities and registrant identities stay private.

How do I donate, and do I need an account?

No registration is required — you can donate a custom amount or buy a specific challenge account outright, fully anonymously, by paying with crypto. If you're logged in, you can also pay instantly from your wallet balance. An email address is only ever optional, and only for donors who'd like a thank-you receipt.

What happens to the money I donate?

On the 1st of every month, all custom-amount donations from the previous month are converted into challenge accounts of a single fixed size and type (set by the platform), always rounding UP in the traders' favor — for example, if the collected amount covers 4.3 accounts, 5 full accounts are created. These are combined with any accounts donated directly, and the whole pool is given away by a random drawing among that month's registered, verified applicants — with zero preference for registration time, name, or anything else.

How do I declare need and enter the drawing?

This is only for traders in genuine financial need — please don't register if you aren't, since every extra entry takes a chance away from someone who actually needs it. Registering requires being logged in with an approved identity verification (KYC) already on file, which makes it much harder for one person to enter multiple times. Your name and identity are never made public — only the total number of registrants is shown.

I registered but didn't win — what now?

After each monthly drawing, the entire registrant list is cleared — winners and non-winners alike — so if you still need help, you'll need to register again for the next month. If there happen to be no accounts available in a given month, no drawing takes place and registrants simply carry over automatically to the next one. Your identity verification carries over — you won't be asked to verify again, just one click to re-register.

Is my donation or my need-registration kept private?

Yes, both are. Donor identities are never shown — the public feed only ever shows amounts and account sizes, never who gave them. Need-registrant identities are kept strictly confidential too; only the total number of people registered is ever public.
